HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Home Delivery (BKK & Metropolitan): 1 - 3 business days

  • Parcel Delivery (Upcountry): 3 - 4 business days

  • Drop-Off (BTS & MRT): 1 - 3 business days

  • During the holidays, campaign period delivery may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

All eligible Thailand returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of purchase. Products must have original tags attached and we only accept products in undamaged condition, with customer's receipts only.

WHAT ARE MY RETURN OPTIONS?

1. Store Drop Off: 

Drop the items at Siam Paragon or Emporium Department Store.

2. We Pick it Up: 

Free! Takes 1-3 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

3. Self Shipment: 

Free! Takes 3-7 business days to arrive at our Returns Center.

CAN I RETURN CLEARANCE ITEMS?

All Clearance items purchased online and in-stores are marked as final sales and are not eligible for returns and refunds. Please ensure to read the product descriptions and Terms and Conditions carefully before you make your purchase.​

 

IS MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

We have a 'No Exchange' policy. If you would like to exchange any item, please make a return and place a new order or purchase.

Sale Items: Not all items purchased within the Sale section are returnable. Please ensure to view the product descriptions and Terms and Conditions carefully before you checkout.

 

Items With Other Offers: Please note that items purchased with limited-time promotions, or purchased with a discount voucher code, are eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

 

In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:

 

1. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

 

2. For hygienic purposes, we only accept pre-damaged products.
